Quality Control

Quality Control is carried out by a qualified team with extensive experience in the sector, supported by technologies and equipment suitable for the process. Monitoring is performed throughout the entire production process until the final product is obtained. Everything is done to ensure that the product is manufactured, evaluated, and approved through physical-chemical, microbiological, and sensory analyses, in accordance with the criteria of specific regulations: Food, European Community, AIJN, and other international standards.

Traceability
The traceability process is carried out through an internally developed IT system, which allows Sucorrico to have full control over product traceability, from raw material to the finished product. The system is capable of displaying all receiving and production steps, as well as identifying from which property, orchard, and plot the oranges were produced and supplied.

Certifications
Sucorrico’s Integrated Management System is continuously improved to meet all the demands of its clients and the company itself. Primarily focusing on Quality and Food Safety, we follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures and are certified by FSSC 22000 (DNV), SGF, FSA/SAI, Smeta, FDA, Halal, and Kosher.

• Recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI);

Objective: Ensure the safe and high-quality production and distribution of food and the continuous improvement of the Management System.

SGF

Authenticity certification based on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), screening/traceability of raw materials, inputs, and materials, and Food Safety.

Objective: Ensure product authenticity and prevent food fraud.

KOSHER

Religious certification ensuring that food is suitable for consumption according to Jewish law and the Torah.

Objective: Ensure the Kosher integrity of our products.

HALAL

Religious certification ensuring Muslims receive food free from elements prohibited by God according to the Qur’an.

Objective: Ensure the Halal integrity of our products.

FSA/SAI

Sustainability certification applied to farms, ensuring better agricultural practices, mitigation of natural resource pollution, and social responsibility.

Objective: Ensure a percentage of sustainable raw material (fruit) in processing.

BDK

This certification ensures that food and food products meet Jewish dietary law requirements regarding preparation and consumption, allowing them to be consumed by people who follow the Kosher diet.

FDA

The company must be registered with the FDA and comply with U.S. bioterrorism and food safety laws, ensuring that food production and distribution are carried out based on preventive controls.
