FROZEN CONCENTRATED ORANGE JUICE – FCOJ

The product is obtained from natural juice of ripe and healthy oranges (Citrus sinensis), extracted, pasteurized, and concentrated through a fully mechanized process, preserved exclusively by physical means.
Production complies with EC regulations and with the “AIJN Code of Practice for Orange Juice.”
FCOJ is generally used as a raw material for preparing reconstituted orange juice, soft drinks, and other beverages, as well as for blending with other concentrated juices. The product’s shelf life is 36 months when kept in frozen storage.

ORANGE PEEL OIL – CPOO (Cold Pressed Oil)

The orange aroma and flavor are fully preserved in the compound extracted from the fruit peel. The orange color of the peel is also characteristic of the essential oil, which is used by the food industry and also in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors. The oil also serves as a base for producing perfumes and essences.

D’LIMONENE

During the evaporation process of the pressed peel liquor, D’Limonene is obtained. This recovered product is considered one of the purest sources of monocyclic terpene.
D’Limonene has been used as a natural solvent in the solvents, cleaning, and paint industries, in the production of polyterpene resins, and in the synthesis of flavors, fragrances, and other valuable compounds.

ORANGE ESSENCE – OIL PHASE AND WATER PHASE

During juice concentration, the volatile components present in the juice are recovered and condensed. Both are pure and natural aromatic products. Due to their fine, fresh aroma and fragrance characteristics, they are used to enhance the flavor and aroma of frozen concentrated juices, chilled juices, and other beverages.

CITRUS PULP PELLETS

The peel residue and by-products from the citrus fruit extraction process are the raw materials used for producing citrus pulp pellets. Great care is taken to preserve the product’s nutritional value, which is used mainly as a carbohydrate source in cattle feed formulations.
